The receptionist position at Oportun is the first layer of security and identification of potential workplace disruptions. The receptionist is a critical member of the security team when identifying, responding to, and notifying others of potential security threats to Oportun.
A quality analyst evaluates loan products, lending systems, and other programs to ensure communication and documentation are free of defects and meet the quality standards of the organization.
To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues such as but not limited to:
- Analyze quality reporting trends & behaviors and share findings with Operations
- Review QA weekly/monthly results with Operations, Compliance & Training
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
- Communicate changes in QA policies and procedures
- Analyze trends & behaviors to create action plans for process enhancements
- Work with remote teams and vendors
- Follow established review processes and internal controls
- Update trackers/reports as necessary to review results on policies, procedures, and regulations
The Sr. Manager of Quality and Testing will manage and expand Oportun’s Business Control Office (BCO) testing capabilities. Call Center Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activity and development of the Agents within a call center environment. This position is responsible for ensuring call quality from start to finish and proactively seek ways to improve the internal processes and results. Conducts regular meetings with his team to complete performance reviews and coaching to ensure maximum quality and production of direct reports. The CCL Supervisor will process and manage all aspects of how the team handles their calls. This position requires a high degree of leadership, creative thinking and problem solving, Early collections experience merged with servicing skills for Customer Care Line and early stage for collections Operations
The OneTeam Operational Excellence Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Retail Operational Excellence Manager to identify performance and compliance risks and will maintain a very close relationship with OneTeam Management to maintain communication paths and monitoring strategies that improve the customer experience and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. The OneTeam Operational Excellence Coordinator will partner with multiple functional areas throughout Oportun, including OneTeam Leadership, Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, Document Control, and Operations Procedures & Controls, among others.
The coordinator will work closely with all OneTeam Leadership and other groups to identify, build and execute comprehensive monitoring controls and documentation. The Operational Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for the archiving, tracking, periodic preparation of executive reporting and dashboards, as well as the communication and follow up of the results. This individual should also be able to deliver the needed analysis, reporting, monitoring, and auditing for multiple projects simultaneously. These results will aid in the continuous and strategic improvement in the many sales areas overseen by OneTeam.
The Operational Excellence Coordinator should be organized, reliable, and independent with a keen interest in the legal and regulatory requirements of our business. The correct candidate will have outstanding presentation and report writing skills, with the ability to work on their own initiatives and as part of a team. This role requires a positive attitude, high attention to detail and timely follow-through in order to ensure we serve minimize risk for both our business and our clients.
As a Sr. Manager of Collections Analytics you will work on analytics, strategy and new capability build for Collections customer contact strategies. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to transform Oportun’s omni-channel customer engagement capabilities leveraging technology, effective marketing and analytics. You will help improve customer engagement and resolution rates across multiple channels by leveraging models and analytics to determine the optimal communication strategy across numerous channels, i.e. mobile, web, chat, phone, email, social media, etc. This is a highly visible role that will help ensure Oportun continues to meet its credit loss and servicing cost targets, which are the largest cost components of Oportun’s P&L, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The SPL Supervisor coordinates the efficient management of SPL application follow-up team. With the objective to contact via OB/IB calls SPL Applicants for complete loan application and perform notification calls.
The position is responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash and deposits related transactions at the account level. The position also involves participation in the monthly financial close process including the processing of journal entries and the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. The prospective candidate is expected to have good knowledge of cash and deposits reconciliations and drive to develop enhancements and efficiencies through automation of the processes. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated teammate, excellent attention to detail, and can work independently.
The position is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and improvements in cash and deposits reconciliation operations, will oversee the daily cash disbursements and payments process. The role will also involve managing the timely reconciliation of disbursements and payments at the transaction level and will participate in the month-end financial close process including the recording, posting and review of journal entries. The candidate for this position is expected to have good knowledge of cash and deposits reconciliations and drive to develop enhancements and efficiencies through automation of the process.
