    Responsibilities

    WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

    • Manage the two OEMs that are charged with filling our ~1,000 Call Center employee positions in our Leon, Mexico Call Centers.
    • These 5 major positions are:
      1. Collections
      2. Customer Service
      3. Telesales
      4. Mobile
      5. Documentation Verification (back office)
    • Proactively manage each OEM to build talent pipelines for a call center positions including Bilingual requirements that are very critical positions.
    • Experience hiring Bilinguals—in Mexico locations  
    • Keep abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques that yield greater hiring outcomes
    • Coordinate marketing for all these local positions with Corporate Marketing & Legal in California.
    • Work with Operations leadership in sourcing, hiring & retaining Call Center employees.
    • Manage strategies to address recruiting challenges, gaps, and process improvements for Call Center recruiting efforts

    Qualifications

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

     

    • 7 to 10 years high volume recruiting experience in Call Centers &/or Corporate Recruiting
    • Fluency in English & Spanish is required
    • Experience managing OEM vendors &/or teams of numerous experienced recruiters
    • Excellent experience building Brand strategy
    • Experience creating Sourcing strategies—for hard to fill positions
    • Experience building talent pipelines
    • Great people manager skills: motivating & measuring recruiters
    • Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity with optimism
    • Able to work independently, manage commitments and deliver recruiting results
