    Our Collection Supervisor:                                                                                                                                                               

    • Coach and lead a team of Collections agents for a defined group of external collection to ensure accounts are being worked in compliance with company guidelines, contract and state and federal laws in order to maximize revenue and minimize costs. 
    • Oversee ongoing maintenance of effective relationships with external collection in their defined region.
    • Oversee all required daily functions with attorneys to ensure accounts are being worked properly and following up on garnishments and other legal proceedings. 
    • Set and enforce Clear Expectations for the team through ongoing performance discussions.
    • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against objectives.


    Job Requirements

    Position Qualifications: 


    • High School Diploma
    • 2 years leadership or senior level experience as a supervisor for a call center
    • US regulations
    • Collections experience desirable
    • Strong knowledge of legal collections process and practices. 
    • Able to assess team member performance and implement action plans.
    • Communicate (verbally and written) effectively with all levels within the organization and recommend improvements when necessary.
    • Able to identify and resolve issues.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Quick thinker, with an ability to understand and interpret information promptly and effectively.
    • Organize and complete work in a timely manner.
    • English fluency




    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
