  • Provides orientation and is responsible for the training of new employees.
  • Provides training, system training, soft skills training & refresher training to existing employees.
  • Prepares lesson plans relevant to training materials and assists other trainers with planning.
  • Coaches to performance, attendance and behavioral challenges in the classroom.
  • Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of training programs.
  • Deliver reports during and at the end of each course.
  • Develops training manuals, facilitator’s guides, presentations, testing and evaluations procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.



  • 6 months minimum of training experience
  • Experience in soft skills training (Needed)
  • Bilingual (Required)
  • Trainer Certification (Preferred)


  • Bachelor´s degree (Preferred)


  • Adult training techniques.
  • Group management. 
  • Must have good Communication skills, able to handle Microsoft Office Suite (especially PP), proven ability to work in a team.
