  • Responsibilities:

    • Listen and evaluate calls, and documentation to ensure adherence to Collections Policies & Procedures, including regulatory items.
    • Communicate effectively with all operational areas when fails on procedures occur.
    • Track different kind of communications held with the business.
    • Pay attention to any update in the procedures or any event that could potentially put the company in risk, and take necessary actions to resolve.



  • Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and oral skills
    • QA and/or Collections experience preferred
    • Work well in a team environment.
    • Analysis, planning and organizational skills.
    • Intermediate Excel knowledge
    • Full time availability
    • 85% of English, oral read and written
    • SIP advanced knowledge (preferable)
    • FDCPA knowledge- (preferable)
