As a Sourcer, you will be sourcing active/passive candidates for mission critical that will make a major impact in our teams and our organization as a whole.
This role will partner and report to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, while closely interacting with the Talent Acquisition Specialists. Our Talent Acquisition organization is innovative, collaborative, and trusted advisors to the business leaders within Engineering, Information Technology, Risk, Analytics, Compliance, Operations, Accountant & Finance, Human Resources and others.
In this role, you will:
Drive innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent for open positions, while building pipeline of candidates for future roles
Work closely with internal recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources
Collaborate and update recruiters and internal stakeholders with candidate and req activity
Maintain the integrity of the recruiting reports and applicant tracking
Accurately post jobs on all talent platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, Empleos TI and other recruiting channels
Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
3+ years attracting the best talent ideally from banking, fintech, financial services, Technology and Call Center industries.
A confident, engaging demeanor and great sense of humor
Ability to draw on a solid recruiting network of candidates and business partners
Must be a team player and work effectively with all levels of the organization
A laser-focus on making the right match for candidates and hiring managers
A self-starter who can handle velocity and ambiguity with a positive attitude
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communications skill
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
English fluency is a MUST
Knowledge of Boolean strings (Desirable)
