  • To support Oportun’s Learning & Development’s standardized training programs. 
  • Write materials for new and existing training programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes.
  • Collaborate with learners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional team members to build appropriate course materials to support courses and specific learning objectives.
  • Prepare and disseminate learning and education aids such as instructional materials, handouts, participant’s guides, and visual aids.
  • Prepare for and facilitate training classes as needed
  • Create and maintain user profiles and access privileges.
  • Coordinate mass course enrollments and manage automatic enrollments to required courses.
  • Develop, deliver and maintain a course curriculum.
  • Run system reports and develop custom reports to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Support our New Hire Onboarding process through blended learning approaches including software application simulations, and branching elearning content.


+2 years of experience in planning and designing interactive learning activities, including instructional design, course development, and project management.
You’ve used eLearning development tools

Show knowledge and understanding of learning theories, methodologies, and techniques, specially related to the use of technology in adult education.
Always accountable for delivery to specific deadlines.
You are computer literate and software savvy.
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
Show exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.
English at an advanced level
