Manage team of Collections Trainers (5), Trainer performance and development.

Coordinate New Hire Training classes in all the MX call centers.

Ensure New Hire Training materials are kept up to date.

Create new training materials as needed.

Manage Post Training Program (Communication, tracking and follow up by trainers)

Provide coaching to Collections Trainers at least once per month and provide proof documentation and action plans to Sr. Manager.

Support Sr. Manager in any other task or project as needed.

__  Help line managers/supervisors identify training needs

__  Get management support for training solutions

__  Help supervisors and managers set performance standards

__  Identify who needs training

__  Establish criteria to measure the results of training

__  Identify the cost of training

__  Select the best resource to provide training

__  Present a training plan to management and gain approval

__  Set objectives for training events

__  Identify external resources for training programs




Bilingual (Spa/Eng)

1-2years Training & Development role experience

Collections Experience

2 years Call center experience* preferred
